Welcome to gorgeous views of the Santa Rita Mountains framed through two large sliding patio doors. Located in a quiet neighborhood this home is within blocks of the Desert Hills Social Center.
From the front courtyard enter the enclosed foyer and step inside to a home filled with natural light. The large kitchen has two skylights and a window above the sink along with a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer. There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven and microwave. Appliances include a blender, hand mixer, toaster, coffee maker and more. Basically, everything you will need for your stay.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, two large closets and a sliding door to the private court yard and covered patio surrounded with desert landscaping.
The second bedroom is located at the front of home and has a queen size bed. It is conveniently located next to the main bathroom that has a bathtub/shower combination. This home has plenty of storage with built-in shelves in both bedrooms as well as the garage.
This is a non-smoking home. Sorry no pets.
All of our homes have air conditioning, high speed internet access including a wireless (WiFi) connection and broadcast TV in the living room.
All TV's include FREE instant movies from Netflix and Sling Live TV streaming to enjoy all your sports and lifestyle channels from any TV in the home. The living room TV is equipped to receive local broadcast channels as well. To make things easy, we have provided detailed instructions on how to use our services and our televisions in each home.
Take a short 11 min walk or 3 minute drive to the Desert Hills Social Center. Enjoy the swimming pool, hot tub, tennis, shuffleboard, fitness room, classes and more. Tenant Cards for access to Green Valley Recreation are available at a nominal fee.
There are numerous nearby golf courses and you’re only 24 miles from Tubac and 39 miles from Nogales, Mexico. Also less than a half hour away is Madera Canyon, a world-renowned location for bird watching. You will have easy access to grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants and medical services. Need more? You are within 20 miles of Tucson for additional shopping and other amenities. Great location for golfing, birding, hiking, cycling or swimming.

Housekeeping: We are committed to keeping you safe and healthy. Our homes are cleaned prior to your arrival using current industry standards and guidelines.
There is a cleaning fee for each stay. The home is equipped with bed linens, bath and kitchen towels, soap and starter kitchen supplies. In order to make your stay as comfortable and as stress-free as possible you will not need to do laundry on your day of departure. The beds will be made up with fresh linens when you arrive and fresh towels will be laid out.
Deposit/Cancellations/Payments: A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to confirm a reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. It is preferred that payments be made by cash or check, there is an option to pay with a credit card. An additional credit card processing fee will be charged. All payments are payable in US dollars. All payments are non-refundable.
